Hotel Kyoto - Puebla

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. the room was comfortable and always clean, and we loved the separate entrance to the parking lot. the location, although slightly outside the center, turned out to be a great choice as it allowed us to explore a non-touristy part of the city with authentic restaurants nearby. the included breakfast was delicious and a definite plus. we were very impressed with our experience at Kyoto. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 👍.

The hotel provided a simple and delicious breakfast, including coffee, juice, an entree, and a main meal. the staff was amazing, always friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist with laundry, offering to drop off and pick up for a normal rate. the location was great, with easy access to nearby pharmacies and restaurants.

There were a few minor issues with the room. there was no air conditioning or fan, making it quite stuffy.

I had a fabulous stay at Hotel Kyoto in Puebla. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with all my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was delicious. The location was great, allowing me to experience the authentic local scene. I also loved the interesting architecture of the hotel and the fact that each room had its own entrance and parking space. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Puebla.

Friendly staff, helpful with laundry. Clean, comfortable room. Non-touristy location with authentic restaurants nearby. Delicious breakfast included. Good value.
